Description
Crafted with precision in mind, the Sous Vide Thermapen thermometer is tailored for Sous Vide cooking and situations demanding exact temperature measurement. This Thermapen model comes with a compact, stainless steel needle probe boasting a Ø1.1 x 60 mm reduced tip. When not in use, the probe conveniently folds back through 180° into the side of the instrument.
