What happens next?

  1. Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your complaint within one working day.
  2. Investigation: Your complaint will be thoroughly reviewed by our Managers, as appropriate.
  3. Response: Within five working days of acknowledging your complaint, we will inform you of the proposed resolution or provide an update on its progress.

If you are not satisfied with our proposed resolution, please contact us again within five working days. We will escalate your complaint for review by the Managing Director, who will provide a final response within five working days.
