Description
The Flow Switch UB1 is a reliable flow monitoring device designed for nominal widths DN 25 to 200, ideal for water and compatible media. It features a paddle mechanism supported by a metal bellows that actuates a micro switch, available with gold-plated contacts for low currents and silver-plated for higher currents. The transparent cover allows easy visual function checks.
Constructed with brass or stainless steel and equipped with a threaded or flange process connection, the UB1 operates reliably under pressures up to PN 16 and temperatures from -20 to +140 °C. It supports switching ranges from 1.2 to 34 m³/h with a maximum flow of 75 m³/h, offering ±15% tolerance.
The switch supports voltages up to 250 V AC/DC and currents up to 6 A. With IP65 protection and various customization options including signal lamps and double contacts, the UB1 is suitable for demanding industrial applications requiring precise, durable flow control.
