Solid Drilled Flanged Thermowell

The FTW101 solid drilled flanged thermowell is precision-manufactured from solid bar-stock to ensure maximum strength and integrity for high-pressure, high-flow applications. It is available in materials including 316 stainless steel, Inconel 600, Monel 400, and Hastelloy C276. The thermowell features parallel or tapered stems, a range of flange sizes, insertion lengths, and ratings such as RF, FF, and RTJ. Options include seal or full-penetration welded flanges, or one-piece forgings for ultimate strength. Instrument connections support BSPP, BSPT, or NPT threads. Additional services include wake frequency calculations, 3.1 material certificates, PMI, dye penetrant, and radiographic testing for reliability and safety.
