The OMNI-RRI-032RMH is a versatile plastic flow transmitter designed for reliable measurement and monitoring in pipelines DN 32 and larger. Built for retrofitting, it is ideal for use with tapping clamps or welded nozzles, making it perfect for upgrades or new installations in water and chemical systems.
This transmitter features a high-contrast, backlit LCD that displays flow values (in m/s, l/min, or m³/h) with 4-digit accuracy. It includes an analog output (4–20 mA or 0–10 V) and two programmable switching outputs for flexible integration. A prominent red LED and on-screen text warn of threshold violations.
Setup is simple via a magnetic rotating ring, allowing parameter adjustments without opening the sealed housing. The electronics are housed in a robust, chemically resistant case with a scratch-proof glass front, ensuring long-term durability.
Optional features include Counter C or C1, for totalising volume and generating pulse outputs, and a gooseneck for flexible sensor positioning. A simulation mode supports easy commissioning and system testing.
