The LABO-XF-I/U/F/C Flow Transmitter offers precise and reliable flow measurement with a compact, robust design ideal for industrial applications. Utilising a dynamic stainless steel diaphragm with a plastic-coated magnet, it ensures fast response times, minimal pressure loss, and high reproducibility—even in demanding environments. With a metering range up to 1:100 and pressure resistance up to 100 bar (metal version), it is suitable for a wide variety of flow conditions.
The transmitter is available with configurable output signals—0/4–20 mA (I), 0/2–10 V (U), frequency (F), or pulse (C)—and features programmable range end values via "teaching" functionality. Its non-intrusive design requires no run-in/out pipe sections and resists water hammer damage, making installation flexible and maintenance simple. Various connection types, high-temperature capability (up to 150 °C), and optional reverse-flow protection expand its versatility. Ideal for precise flow monitoring of liquids in automation, process control, and OEM systems. CE certified, IP67 rated.
