Description
The HR2K2 Flow Switch is a rugged, mechanical flow switch engineered for reliable monitoring of fluid media under demanding industrial conditions. Built with a spring-supported piston and magnetically actuated reed switch, it ensures long-term durability and low pressure loss—just ~1 bar at maximum flow.
Designed for DN 32 to DN 50 pipe sizes with G 1¼ to G 2 connections, it supports flow rates from 15 to 80 l/min (Qmax. 300 l/min) and operates safely up to 200 bar pressure and +120 °C media temperature. Available in nickelled brass or stainless steel, the HR2K2 features IP67 ingress protection and an M12x1 4-pole plug connection.
Suitable for horizontal flow (standard), it can be mounted in other orientations with flow-dependent adjustments. Optional visual indicators, custom ranges, and multiple switch heads make it a versatile solution for water systems and process applications requiring robust construction and precision control.
