Description
The HR1MV Flow Switch is a robust, mechanical switch designed for reliable flow monitoring of water and oil with viscosities from 30 to 200 mm²/s. Featuring a spring-supported piston and magnetic reed switch, it delivers high switching power (up to 250 V AC / 1.5 A) and excellent repeatability, even under variable conditions.
Ideal for pipe sizes DN 32 to DN 50, with G 1¼ to G 2 connections, it offers a wide switching range of 2 to 220 l/min and handles pressures up to 200 bar. The HR1MV is constructed from nickelled brass or stainless steel, and is IP65-rated for reliable operation in harsh environments.
Flexible mounting options, optional mechanical display, and compatibility with water, oils, and other media make this flow switch perfect for industrial applications requiring durability, stability, and precision in variable viscosity conditions. Optional ATEX versions and electrical connectors are available.
