Description
The Honsberg HD1F and HD2F Flow Switches are compact, highly reliable devices designed for monitoring fluid or gaseous media in demanding industrial environments. Engineered for nominal pipe sizes from 8 to 25 mm and supporting BSP threaded connections (1/4” to 1”), these switches offer a wide switching range from 0.1 to 80 l/min, ensuring precise flow detection across a broad range of applications.
Constructed in robust brass or stainless steel, the HD1F/HD2F is ideal for both standard and corrosive media. A spring-supported piston triggers a reed switch magnetically, ensuring dependable performance without the need for external power.
The HD2F variant includes viscosity compensation, delivering accurate flow monitoring even in applications with variable fluid thickness, such as hydraulic oils or lubricants. For enhanced usability, the units can be fitted with optional side or top-mounted visual displays, giving operators immediate insight into system status.
Withstanding pressures up to 200 bar (500 bar optional) and ATEX certification available, the HD1F/HD2F is a perfect solution for hazardous areas and high-pressure environments.
Whether used in process control, machine tools, or energy systems, these flow switches provide durable, efficient monitoring in compact form.
