HBS4100 Temperature Transmitter

The HBS4100 is a high-accuracy, in-head programmable temperature transmitter designed for 3-wire Pt100 RTD sensors. It delivers precise and reliable temperature measurement, making it ideal for long-term control system installations. As a loop-powered transmitter, the HBS4100 converts RTD sensor signals into a standard 4–20 mA industrial output over the configured range. Temperature range, units, and sensor error detection—either upscale or downscale—can be easily programmed via PC using the HBSUSB1 software and USB configuration kit. Installation is flexible, supporting either a DIN form B connection head or DIN rail mounting with the HBSDRM fitting kit.
