Description
The Flow Switch G-...GR offers precise flow monitoring with a compact design for nominal widths DN 8 to 15. Featuring magnet-fitted balls that rise proportionally to flow against a magnetic force, it reliably actuates a reed switch at small switching points, enabling accurate flow detection even at low volumes.
With a low adjustment range of 0.15 to 0.4 l/min and a recommended max flow of up to 12 l/min (depending on thread size), it is ideal for water, oils (up to 20 mm²/s), and gases (on request). The switch boasts a pressure resistance of 16 bar and media temperatures from -20 to +80 °C, suitable for varied applications.
Equipped with IP65 protection, normally closed wiring, and durable materials like nickelled red bronze and hard ferrite, the G-...GR ensures robustness and reliability. Installation is straightforward with standard horizontal inwards flow. Optional features include transformers and adjustments for different media, making it a versatile solution for precise flow control in compact systems.
