The FW1-GP Flow Switch is an economical and robust solution designed for reliable flow monitoring in fluid systems. Featuring a mechanical spring-supported piston and magnetic actuation of a reed switch, this flow switch offers high switching power while remaining insensitive to dirt. Constructed mainly from durable POM material, it supports nominal widths from DN 15 to DN 25 with female thread connections ranging from G 1/2 to G 1.
With an adjustable switching range between 1 and 11 l/min and a maximum flow capacity up to 30 l/min, the FW1-GP Flow Switch maintains accuracy within ±10% of full scale. It operates safely at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures between -20 to +90 °C for the medium, with ambient conditions from -20 to +70 °C. Rated IP67 for ingress protection and featuring a 4-pole M12x1 plug connection, this switch is ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring durability and precision in compact form.
