Description
The Flow Switch FM-...GR is a robust and highly reproducible mechanical flow switch designed for precise monitoring of fluid flow in nominal widths DN 8 to 15, with larger sizes available on request. Featuring a magnet-fitted piston that moves against spring force, it actuates a hermetically sealed micro switch via magnetic coupling, ensuring reliable and durable operation.
This flow switch offers an adjustable switching range from 0.4 to 12 l/min and can handle pressures up to 200 bar, making it suitable for water, oils, and gases (on request). It operates in temperatures from -20 to +90 °C, and its high switching power supports currents up to 5 A at 250 V AC.
With IP65 protection and a standard horizontal inwards flow installation, the FM-...GR is insensitive to dirt and delivers accurate switching even in demanding environments. Optional features include plug connectors, signal lamps, and custom switching points, making it versatile for various industrial applications.
