The FC Series Pressure Switch is a robust and reliable flameproof switch designed for critical industrial applications. Certified to ATEX Exd standards (EExd IIC T6) and IECEx, it ensures safety in hazardous environments. This versatile switch offers adjustable changeover contacts (SPDT or DPDT) with switching pressure ranges up to 400 bar and a maximum working pressure of 500 bar.
Constructed with a durable stainless steel diaphragm and available with various wetted materials like Monel, Titanium, Tantalum, and Hastelloy C, the FC Series ensures compatibility with diverse fluids and gases. It features a 1/4″ BSP thread, with other options available, and is housed in a black epoxy powder-coated die-cast aluminum or all stainless steel enclosure for maximum corrosion resistance.
Additional features include field setpoint adjustment, optional gold alloy contacts for improved performance, and a hermetically sealed microswitch option for enhanced reliability. With a terminal block for easy field wiring, the FC Series Pressure Switch is engineered to meet the demands of high-pressure, compound pressure, low-pressure, and differential applications, making it an ideal choice for industries requiring precise and dependable pressure monitoring.
