Description
The FC Series Flameproof Temperature Switch, is a high-performance solution for temperature monitoring in hazardous environments. Certified to ATEX and IECEx standards (Ex d IIC Gb / Ex tb IIIC Db T85°C), this switch is ideal for detecting critical temperature limits in explosive atmospheres. Designed for rugged reliability, the FC Series features a compact, flameproof diecast aluminium or stainless steel enclosure with IP66 protection, making it suitable for harsh industrial conditions. It operates within a temperature range of 25°C to 215°C, with repeatability of ±2% FSR and a 15A, 250VAC rated microswitch for reliable switching performance.
The unit includes a 2.0-meter stainless steel capillary and a brass sensing bulb (various thread options available). Temperature ranges are offered with or without a visible scale. Ideal for process industries, petrochemicals, and hazardous zones, the FC Series combines safety, durability, and precision in one dependable unit.
