The Euroswitch 692 piston pressure switch is engineered for precision control in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, offering both manifold mounting and a G 1/4” F threaded connection for versatile installation. Its anodised aluminium body provides durability in demanding industrial environments, while the graduated adjustment ring allows for fast, repeatable pressure setting with clear visual feedback.

Equipped with SPDT silver contacts, the 692 switch handles a wide range of electrical loads—up to 5 A at 125 Vac or 14 Vdc, and 3 A at 250 Vac—making it suitable for various control and automation systems. Its fixed hysteresis (approximately 10% of the set point) helps ensure stable switching without chatter, protecting downstream components.

Available in two calibrated ranges—15–160 bar and 40–400 bar (±2%)—the 692 switch supports fluid temperatures up to 100°C, with an overpressure safety limit of 900 bar. The NBR + Teflon seals ensure excellent compatibility with most fluids, while IP65-rated protection guards against dust and water ingress. A UNI EN 175301-803 (DIN 43650) connector and PG11 cable clamp are included for easy and secure wiring.

With a mechanical life of over 1 million operations and a solid build weighing approximately 460 g, the 692 delivers long-lasting, maintenance-free performance. Supplied complete with a gasket and fixing screws, it's a plug-and-play solution for safety-critical pressure control.
