The 682 Pressure Switch is a robust and precision-engineered solution for monitoring and controlling fluid pressure in safe, dry environments. With a clearly marked visual setting scale, users can adjust pressure thresholds between 1–6 bar with ease and accuracy.

Constructed with an anodised aluminium case and brass 1/8” BSPT tapered threaded fitting, this switch offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance in suitable operating conditions. The optical polycarbonate label enhances visibility for quick and accurate setting confirmation.

Electrically, the 682 model is equipped with a Reed SPST NO contact and features a convenient DIN43650-C connector for streamlined installation. The switch supports a maximum switching voltage of 48V, current up to 0.5A, and a switching capacity of 10W.

Designed to withstand fluid temperatures up to 60°C and overpressure limits up to 20 bar, this device ensures long-term reliability with a mechanical and electrical life of over one million cycles. It weighs approximately 105 grams and should be installed with a tightening torque between 15–20 Nm for optimal sealing.

Note: The switch is not suitable for use in magnetic environments, in water, in the presence of oil mist, or with gases and corrosive fluids. With an IP40 protection rating, it is best suited for indoor, clean applications.
