681 Pressure Switch With Setting Visual Scale

The 681 Pressure Switch is a compact, high-precision device designed for safe and efficient pressure monitoring in a variety of non-corrosive fluid applications. Featuring a setting visual scale, users benefit from easy and accurate manual adjustment within a 1–6 bar range.

Built for reliability, the switch includes an anodized aluminium case and brass 1/8” BSPT (tapered) threaded fitting. The label, made from optical polycarbonate, ensures clear visibility of settings. A durable PVC cable (2x0.22 mm², 1000 mm length) provides straightforward electrical connection.

Inside, a Reed SPST NO contact ensures responsive switching with a maximum voltage of 48V, current of 0.5A, and switching capacity of 10W. It operates efficiently in environments with fluid temperatures up to 60°C and handles pressures up to 20 bar.

With an IP40 protection rating, the unit is best suited for dry, clean environments. Avoid use in magnetic or water ambients, or where oil mist, gas, or corrosive fluids are present.

Weighing approximately 95 grams, this unit is engineered for long service life with a mechanical and electrical durability of over 1 million cycles. Tightening torque should be maintained between 15–20 Nm for optimal sealing and performance.
