The 24F Pressure Switch with SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contacts is a high-performance solution for pressure control applications requiring versatility, precision, and durability. Designed with C–3–2–NO terminal configuration, this model ensures reliable switching and signal management with a 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact.
The device features a fully rotating 360° anodised aluminium case, combining a fixed base and rotating part for flexible positioning and installation. A 1.5 mm regulation Allen screw allows precise setpoint calibration, while a protection plug enhances resistance to environmental elements.
Electrical connections are made easy with an external cable clamp PG11, suitable for cables with outer diameters of 6–8 mm or 8–10 mm, and two mounting holes (ø5.5 mm) provide secure attachment. This model is engineered for demanding operating conditions, supporting fluid temperatures from 80°C to 120°C, depending on diaphragm selection.
The 24F offers a wide pressure setting range (0.3 to 400 bar) with options for diaphragm or piston-based actuation. It supports maximum working pressures of 150 bar (diaphragm) and 450 bar (piston), with safety pressure ratings up to 300 and 800 bar, respectively. Electrical ratings include 5(4) A at 14 VDC and 3(2) A at 250 VAC, and the switch features IP65 protection, ensuring robust performance in industrial environments.
Available in zinc-plated steel or stainless steel AISI 316L, with G1/8” or G1/4” cylindrical female threads, this pressure switch delivers reliability, longevity, and adaptability.
