The Chemline SL Series Cavity Free Ball Valves are designed for clean, efficient flow control in applications from 1/2” to 2”. Available in PVC or PP with a polyethylene (PE) ball, these valves are ideal for systems handling slurries, abrasive media, or unclean fluids. The cavity-free design eliminates dead volume, preventing sediment buildup and particle entrapment, ensuring consistent performance over time.
With a full port design, the SL Series offers unobstructed flow, making it suitable for “pigging” operations. Compact and lightweight, these valves are easy to install and place minimal stress on piping systems. The PTFE seats and choice of EPDM or FPM (Viton®) seals enhance chemical resistance and durability.
Available end connections include socket, threaded, flanged, or butt for fusion to Chemline metric PP piping. Rated for up to 145 PSI at 20°C, the SL Series is the perfect choice for demanding applications requiring reliable, low-maintenance performance.
