This stainless steel penetration probe, designed at a right angle, is well-suited for ongoing monitoring during cooking procedures. It comes with a 1.2-meter stainless steel braided PTFE lead (133-605) and a 1.2-meter fibreglass lead (133-600). The probe has dimensions of ø3.5 x 172mm, making it an excellent match with the ThermaQ2 thermometer.
