These stainless steel penetration probes are well-suited for ongoing monitoring in oven-based cooking processes and similar applications. They come with a 1.2-meter stainless steel braided PTFE lead (133-615/625/635) and a 1.2-meter steel braided fibreglass lead (133-610/620/630). Available in three probe lengths (ø3.5 x 60, 115, 305mm), these probes are excellent companions for use with the ThermaQ2 thermometer.
