Description
The PHIX digital converter measures pH or ORP values using a combined electrode and connects to a VarioPin or S7/S8 head, eliminating the need for special cables. It communicates via Modbus RTU on RS485, enabling network integration and compatibility with the MULTICON controller. The device logs calibration data (timing, slope, zero point) and tracks operating hours, offering insights into sensor wear and usage conditions. Calibration is via 1- or 2-point procedures or manual input. Additional measurements include process temperature, glass impedance, internal temperature, and system power. Configuration and calibration are handled through SENSware or MULTICON, with "Plug & Measure" maintenance.
