The MFS17-B Union by RIKO Float Technology Co., Ltd. is a compact, off-the-shelf float-type level switch designed for oil-level detection in various industrial and commercial applications. Engineered with a lightweight NBR foamed float, it is optimised for fluids with low specific gravity (0.47±0.05), offering high sensitivity and reliable performance.
This vertical, threaded union-type switch features a durable plastic housing and components made from corrosion-resistant materials such as POM and SUS304. Its temperature operating range is -10°C to +80°C, with a pressure resistance of 0.2 MPa, making it suitable for environments with fluctuating conditions.
Typical applications include drain tanks for air conditioners, oil stoves, machine tool lubricating systems, and leak detection systems for generators. The MFS17-B is also available with an extended stem for custom installation requirements.
Electrical specifications include a maximum contact capacity of 50W (DC/AC), maximum voltage of 300V, and maximum current of 0.5A, providing flexibility for integration into a wide range of control systems.
