Description
The GEO-MDFS2 is an automatic photovoltaic soiling monitoring system that compares clean and exposed temperature-compensated reference cells to quantify dust accumulation and its effect on solar-plant performance.
The system is designed to work with the METEODATA-4000 data acquisition platform, allowing the soiling ratio and related channels to be recorded locally and transmitted to SCADA or remote monitoring platforms.
