The Pyropress Exhaust Explosion Relief Valve is engineered to safely vent excess pressure in engine exhaust systems, withstanding extreme temperatures up to 540°C. Built with a high-temperature seal and Inconel spring-loaded, stemless design, it ensures smooth, frictionless operation and long-term durability in harsh environments. Available in 250mm and 300mm sizes, each valve features a cast aluminium cover, cast iron carrier, and optional integral indicator. Custom solutions are available based on exhaust drawings to ensure optimal placement and relief capacity.
