The E3CL/E3RO Ultrasonic Thermal Energy/BTU Flow Meter is a cutting-edge solution for precise fluid flow and heat measurement in pipelines. This meter uses advanced ultrasonic time difference technology and Gentos' proprietary flow algorithms to ensure accurate and reliable readings of flow velocity and thermal energy. It features an external clamp-on design, making installation quick and non-intrusive, eliminating the need for direct contact with fluid mediums and minimising production downtime.

Designed to measure flow velocities ranging from 0.03 m/s to 5 m/s, it accommodates various pipe sizes, including DN20 to DN80, with a high accuracy of ±2% and excellent repeatability of 0.20%. Ideal for HVAC systems, heating applications, energy-saving monitoring, and heat balance regulation, it suits a wide range of pipe materials, including PVC, carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper.

The E3CL offers RS485 and 4-20mA outputs, while the E3RO provides options for RS485, OCT Pulse, or relay outputs. With a versatile power supply range of 10-36VDC and a temperature range of -10°C to 50°C ambient and 0°C to 60°C fluid temperature, this flow meter is built to perform reliably in various environments. The included φ5 six-core cable ensures easy connectivity, with a standard length of 2m (6.6ft).
