The MD Series Temperature Switch is a rugged, high-performance industrial switch engineered for reliable temperature monitoring in non-hazardous environments. Housed in a die-cast aluminum IP66-rated enclosure, it offers excellent environmental protection and durability. The switch features a brass sensing bulb (Ø9.5 mm, 123 mm long) connected via a 2.0-meter stainless steel SS316 capillary, making it ideal for remote temperature detection.
With a 15A, 250VAC microswitch (SPDT or 2SPDT options), the MD switch supports fixed differential operation over selectable ranges from 25°C to 215°C. Designed for user convenience, it includes a large, fine-resolution scale, drift-proof locking screws, and an external terminal block for easy wiring. Robust mechanical components—like a bell crank lever, large springs, and a bearing-surface fulcrum—ensure precise and smooth switching action. Flexible cable entry options (1/2" NPT, 3/4" NPT, or M20x1.5) accommodate various installations.
