The FF GR Flow Switch offers precise and highly reproducible flow monitoring for nominal widths DN 8 to 40, with larger sizes available on request. Using a magnet-fitted piston raised by volume flow against spring force, it actuates a hermetically sealed reed switch, ensuring reliable and dirt-insensitive operation.
Adjustable between 0.4 and 90 l/min with a maximum flow of up to 150 l/min, this flow switch is suitable for water and, on request, oils. It withstands high pressures—up to 200 bar for smaller threads—and operates in medium temperatures from -20 to +110 °C depending on size, with ambient temperatures from -20 to +70 °C.
Equipped with IP65 protection and a cable connection, the FF GR Flow Switch is designed for horizontal inwards flow installations. Its robust construction in red bronze and precision engineering make it ideal for diverse industrial applications requiring accurate flow control and monitoring. Optional configurations are available for special media and switching ranges.
