The RT500 Resistance Transmitter is a high-precision device designed to convert resistance or potentiometer inputs into industry-standard analog signals (0/4...20 mA or 0/2...10 V). Ideal for a broad range of automation and control applications, the RT500 supports programmable measuring ranges from 0...50 Ω up to 100 kΩ.

Featuring advanced 12-bit AD/DA processor technology, the RT500 ensures accurate, real-time signal processing with a fast sampling frequency of 250 Hz. Its intuitive Teach-in function allows for easy programming of the start and end resistance values, with selectable rising or falling output characteristics to match your application needs.

The RT500's 3-wire input circuit provides built-in line resistance compensation, ensuring stable readings even with long cable runs. A two-color LED indicator provides visual feedback on operational status. The transmitter offers excellent response time (< 8 ms) and ±0.2% accuracy across the measuring range.

Compatible with DIN rail mounting (TS35), and housed in a durable polycarbonate case, the RT500 is a reliable and compact solution for resistance signal conversion.

Power supply options include 85–265 V AC or 10–30 V AC/DC, making the RT500 flexible for a wide range of industrial installations.
