The Fig 200 Float Valve is a premium-quality float valve designed for high-capacity liquid level control in a wide range of industrial and commercial applications. With port diameters from 10mm to 80mm and BSP connections from 3/8” to 4”, it supports flow rates of up to 291,714 litres per hour and pressures up to 10 bar.
Made from 316 stainless steel (AISI 316 / CF8M), it ensures long-lasting corrosion resistance, even in aggressive environments. The patented swing-type valve system offers progressive closing with a soft-sealing silicone shutter, minimising water hammer and ensuring a tight seal with minimal float pressure.
Compatible with various seal materials including VITON, EPDM, BUNA, and PTFE (on request), this valve is ideal for water tanks, process systems, and refrigeration towers. For turbulent flow conditions, reinforced levers are recommended to maintain stability and performance.
