The QOS-35 Oil Quality Sensor is a robust and reliable solution for continuous oil condition monitoring in various industrial applications. Utilising a dielectric constant (εr) measurement principle, it detects a wide range of contaminants such as water, acid, fuel, carbon, and particles, ensuring optimal performance and preventing costly breakdowns.

With a compact, easy-to-install design, the QOS-35 is ideal for integration with engines, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and electrical transformers. It operates seamlessly with all oil types, both mineral and synthetic, and provides accurate, real-time oil quality data through a simple 0–10 V DC output. This sensor helps to significantly reduce maintenance costs by providing early detection of wear and contamination in the oil, thus eliminating unnecessary maintenance and extending equipment lifespan.

The sensor features temperature drift compensation, ensuring stable performance across varying temperatures, and includes an intuitive sensitivity adjustment system via a magnetic pen. It’s designed to withstand harsh environments, with an IP68 protection rating, and can operate in a wide temperature range of -10 to +60 °C. Its high resistance to dirt clogging further enhances its reliability in demanding conditions.
