The RFLS-24 is a high-performance, compact level sensor designed for precise and reliable limit-level detection of various liquids, slurries, and pastes. With its cutting-edge technology, this sensor ensures consistent operation in demanding environments, making it ideal for use in industries handling viscous or sticky media such as ketchup, yogurt, syrups, creams, pastes, and cleaning agents. Unlike traditional vibrating or capacitive level sensors, the RFLS-24 minimises the risk of adhesion or deposits on the electrode, guaranteeing long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

This versatile sensor is suitable for both electrically conductive and non-conductive media, ensuring its applicability across a wide range of substances. The unique electrode design eliminates the need for additional internal seals like O-rings, simplifying installation and enhancing durability. It can reliably detect substances with a permittivity (εr) greater than 1.5, making it ideal for substances with varying properties.

The RFLS-24 offers flexible installation options with horizontal or diagonal mounting in tanks, pipes, or vessels, ensuring compatibility with both plastic and metal tanks. Its adjustable sensitivity allows for easy customisation using either a magnetic pen (CP variant) or a programming wire (both CP and CM variants), providing users with convenient on-site adjustments.

With an IP68 protection class, it operates in harsh environments with a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and can withstand pressures up to 100 bar. Its stainless steel housing, combined with PEEK insulation on the electrodes, ensures exceptional durability and reliability for years of service.
