The MFR Ultrasonic Micro Flowmeter is a cutting-edge solution designed for precise fluid flow measurement with ease of installation. Leveraging LoRa communication technology, this flowmeter transmits data over long distances using low frequencies, ensuring reliable and cost-effective performance. It utilises advanced ultrasonic transit time measurement and a patented flow algorithm, providing accurate and consistent readings of fluid flow.

Featuring an all-in-one, clip-on structure, the MFR is remarkably easy to install with just four simple steps, requiring no direct contact with the fluid media. It’s ideal for applications in pharmaceutical equipment, smart farming, new energy, and intelligent agricultural equipment. The device is compatible with various pipe materials, including copper, stainless steel, PVC, and PPR.

With a flow velocity range of 0.03 m/s to 5.0 m/s and an accuracy of ±2.0%, the MFR ensures reliable performance. Its repeatability of 0.40% makes it a dependable choice for critical measurements. The device operates over an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 50°C and fluid temperatures from 0°C to 60°C. Equipped with RS485 and LoRa I/O options, it supports a power supply of 10~36VDC and comes with a φ5 six-core cable (standard length: 2m), making it versatile and easy to integrate into existing systems.
