The ER100 Surface Mount Temperature Switch are compact, reliable solutions designed for temperature monitoring in engines, pumps, gearboxes, and other industrial equipment. Housed in a durable die-cast aluminium body, these switches offer surface mounting via a 6mm diameter hole, ensuring quick and easy installation in tight or demanding spaces.
Capable of handling maximum switching temperatures up to 170°C and working temperatures up to 210°C, they feature silver-plated contacts for reliable performance. With a fixed differential of 11°C and a tolerance of ±3°C, the ERNO (earth return) and IRNO (insulated return) variants are ideal for applications requiring accurate and consistent thermal response.
These switches are rated for up to 250V AC at 10A, making them suitable for a wide range of low- to medium-power systems.
