The HTW525 is a fabricated DIN 11851 hygienic thermowell, designed for light-duty process conditions and manufactured from 316 stainless steel tube or pipe with a welded cap tip for strength and durability. It features a parallel stem profile and is available with a wide range of DIN 11851 process connections to suit hygienic applications. Instrument connections can be specified with BSPP, BSPT, or NPT threads, enabling easy installation of RTD or thermocouple sensors. Optional certification and testing services are offered, including 3.1 material certificates for full traceability, pressure testing, and positive material identification (PMI), ensuring compliance and reliability in use.
