The Honsberg VHS Screw Volumeter is a high-precision flow meter engineered for reliable measurement of oils and other highly viscous fluids. Using a volumetric screw principle, the VHS provides accurate flow readings with excellent linearity, even at high viscosities up to 40,000 mm²/s (cSt). Its broad measuring range from 1.5 to 2500 l/min makes it ideal for diverse industrial applications—from lubrication systems to hydraulic and process equipment.

Constructed from lightweight aluminium, the VHS is compact and easy to install in space-sensitive environments. The G1 to G2½ threaded connections support a variety of system requirements, while the push-pull linear frequency output ensures easy integration with standard monitoring systems. One of its key advantages is the ability to operate in both forward and reverse flow directions, enhancing its versatility in dynamic flow systems.

Designed for cost-sensitive applications, the VHS doesn’t compromise on performance. Its low viscosity dependence and rugged design make it a dependable solution for industries requiring continuous, accurate flow monitoring in challenging conditions.
