The Flow Switch MR1K is a high-performance mechanical flow switch, designed for fluid media applications. With robust construction options in brass or stainless steel, it operates effectively under various pressures and temperatures, making it suitable for industrial environments. The compact, spring-supported piston design with a magnetic reed switch provides high switching power and a reliable response across nominal widths DN 8 to DN 25.

This model supports process connections with a female thread ranging from G 1/4 to G 1, and offers a wide switching range from 0.4 to 60 l/min, with a pressure tolerance up to PN 500 bar (optional). The MR1K maintains a low-pressure loss (0.4 to 1.4 bar at Qmax.) and can handle maximum flow rates up to 80 l/min. Additionally, it has an ingress protection rating of IP65 and can operate in temperatures from -20°C to +120°C for media, with ambient conditions of -20°C to +70°C.

The Flow Switch MR1K includes versatile display and wiring options, with configurations for red or red/green diode indicators, and options for additional switching heads or reinforced pistons. For safety, it features Class 2 safety insulation and supports DIN 43650-A/ISO 4400 or M12x1, 4-pole plug connections.
