FC Series Compound Switch

The Orion FC Series Compound Switch is a high-performance, flameproof ATEX Exd switch engineered for demanding industrial applications. Designed with adjustable change-over contacts (SPDT or DPDT), this switch offers versatile control for systems requiring precise pressure regulation, supporting adjustable switching pressure ranges up to 400 bar.

Built with durability in mind, the switch features a 1/4″ BSP female thread and a robust stainless steel diaphragm, with alternative materials available to suit specific needs. With a working pressure range from -1 to +3.6 bar and a maximum pressure capacity of 12 bar, it ensures reliable performance under extreme conditions.

The switch is housed in a black epoxy powder-coated die-cast aluminum or all-stainless-steel enclosure, offering superior protection in hazardous environments. Certified Flameproof EExd IIC T6 – ATEX & IECEx, it guarantees safety in explosive atmospheres. Additional options include gold alloy contacts, hermetically sealed microswitches, and various wetted materials such as Monel, Titanium, Tantalum, and Hastelloy C, ensuring compatibility with NACE MR-01-75 standards.
