The MZ Series Temperature Switch (Model 75223) is a robust and reliable process temperature switch, designed for industrial applications requiring accurate thermal control. Housed in a tough, transparent polycarbonate enclosure rated IP66 (per IS2147), it offers superior protection in demanding environments. The switch operates via a stainless steel capillary (2.0 meters in length) and a brass temperature bulb, available with various thread options including 3/8” or 1/2” NPT (M).
Temperature ranges include 25–90°C, 70–150°C, and 120–215°C, making the MZ series suitable for a wide variety of process needs. The switch is equipped with a high-reliability SPDT microswitch (A1 type) rated at 15A, 250 VAC, with fixed differential. A scale in °C is optionally included for visual setpoint verification.
