24C Pressure Switch with SPDT Contacts

The 24C SPDT Pressure Switch by Euroswitch is a robust and reliable switching device engineered for precision pressure monitoring in demanding industrial environments. This model features SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) contacts, offering versatile output options with C–3–2–NO terminals and 1 Normally Closed (NC) contact.

Designed with a 360° rotating anodized aluminium case, the switch incorporates a fixed part and a rotating part, ensuring flexible installation in compact spaces. It includes a 1.5 mm Allen screw for fine adjustment and a protection plug for added durability and environmental safety.

The pressure switch supports a wide setting range from 0.3 to 400 bar, depending on diaphragm or piston configuration, with hysteresis values between 10–40% of the setpoint. Maximum working pressures reach 150 bar for diaphragm versions and 450 bar for piston versions, with safety thresholds up to 300 and 800 bar respectively.

Its mechanical life exceeds 1 million cycles (diaphragm) and 100,000 cycles (piston), ensuring long-term reliability. Operating temperatures range from 80°C to 120°C, subject to diaphragm type. Electrical ratings include 5 (4) A at 14 VDC and 3 (2) A at 250 VAC, and protection is rated IP65.

The 24C is available in zinc-plated steel or AISI 316L stainless steel, with various thread options including G1/4”, 1/8” and 1/4” Gas types. Electrical connections are available upon request.
