The MF20 Micro Flow Switch by Kelco is an ultra-sensitive, in-line flow switch designed to detect flows as low as 350mL/hour, making it ideal for precise monitoring applications. Engineered without any metal parts in contact with the liquid, it’s perfect for aggressive media like acids, alkalis, and chemical solutions. The switch supports both pulsed and continuous flows, with stable electrical response and minimal head loss, even under 18 BAR (260 PSI).
Made from glass-reinforced polypropylene with Viton seals, the MF20 ensures long-term corrosion resistance. It suits tubing sizes 6 to 20mm and includes three interchangeable pistons to suit varying flow sensitivities. With vertical mounting and plug-and-play installation, it’s ideal for chemical dosing pumps, lab systems, and industrial process control.
